Here at Totto Spa and Salon, your comfort is our highest priority. We want to make the whole process of booking your appointment simple and easy. In upgrading our systems, we have decided to use Salon Spa Ware, which has its own Book Online System. We feel that this Book Online system will greatly increase your ease and comfort here at Totto Spa.

How to use the Book Online System
When you first arrive at the Book Online System, the first screen will be for returning users. If you have already created, or have had a login created for you by our staff, then please continue to "How to Book an Appointment".
If you have visited Totto Spa and Salon recently you may already have a user account waiting for you, if you're unsure please contact us by phone at 416-691-9116 or toll-free 1-888-698-8988 or by email at .
The links "contact us" and "privacy policy" on the book online site pertain to Salon Spa Ware and are currently broken. To view the contact details for Salon Spa Ware please click here. Unfortunately, at the moment they do not seem to have a Privacy Policy.
New User
To begin click "New User?" This will take you to the next screen.
From this screen you will be given two choices:
- Existing Client Search
- If you have been to Totto Spa recently, your information may already be in our database. This helps us to properly tailor your experience.
To check if you already have an account activated to use the online booking enter your first and last name, and your telephone number (eg: 4166919116, without any spaces or dashes).
To retrieve your information please contact us. - Create New Account
- Click "Create New Account" to start registering your account with Totto Spa
Creating a New Account
To create a new account:
- Your email will be the primary method for Totto Spa and Salon to contact you.
- Password
- Your password should be something that you can remember, but if you happen to lose it, you can retrieve it here.
- Credit Card Information
- Totto Spa and Salon values your online privacy, this information gets stored within our database, for more information please read our Privacy Policy.
- Your Information
- Along with the standard information, your address information is optional.
- When you're done entering the required fields, please click "I accept".
- Email Verification
- After you've completed entering your information an email will be sent, to the email address that you have provided. In the email, click the link to activate your account.
Your browser should open and you will get the message You have been sucessfully activated click sign in above. Click on the "Sign In" link, in the top right, to start booking online.
The Navigation Bar
Once you've logged in, the start page will be the Book Appointment page. At the top of the page you will see the Navigation Bar.
- Book Appointment
- The first link on the navigation bar, is where you can book appointments.
- View Appointments
- On this page you will find any appointments that you have booked previously.
- My Account
- Here you will be able to view your personal information, credit card, password and email information.
- Browse Products
- This page has a list of products that Totto Spa and Salon carries.
- About Us
- The "About Us" page has information on Totto Spa and Salon, including store hours and contact information.
For additional information, please visit our Contact Us page. - Sign Out
- To log out of the system.
How To Book An Appointment
To book an appointment, first choose a service category from the right, this will update the left side of the screen with a list of services.
Selecting a service from the right side of the screen will take you to the next screen.
Choosing a Date
At the top of the screen, you will see the service that you choose, if you would like to choose a different service, click on Change.
After selecting a date, you will be taken to the next screen.
If the date that you want is not available please Contact Us.
Choose a Staff Member
The top of the page now also includes the date that you have chosen, as well as the ability to go back and change it.
If you know which staff member you would like, click their name. If not, you can select Def Staff and the Totto Spa staff will find a staff member to complete the service.
After clicking on the Staff Member, the Select Start Time column will update for available times for that date.
When you click a start time the system has a pre-alotted amount of time for each service, but based on your individual requirements, this time may be subject to change during your visit.
Summary and Service Confirmation
After clicking on the desired start time, you will be taken to the Summary Page, the most important things to notice on the page, will be the Time and Service, depending on availability, the staff member may change, unless otherwise specified.
For some services the Duration and *Price will display 0 and $0.00, for many services the price does not vary. If the price is not listed please visit the desired service page located on this website for more information, from the navigation located at the top or bottom of this page.
If you would like to confirm the price for your desired service before booking please contact us.
When you are satisfied with the appointment details click Confirm.
Appointment Confirmation
Once you have completed the appointment request, the staff at Totto Spa and Salon will review the date and time, and a confirmation or declination email will be sent to your email.
To book another appointment, click the Book Another button.
Password Retrieval
To retrieve your password from the start screen of the Book Online system,
click on Forgot Password?
Type in your name and click Send, if your email was found the system will email your password to your email account.

Page Error
If you happen to get a screen that looks like this:
It means that the main database at Totto Spa and Salon has been turned off, please try again during regular business hours.
