Material from the Totto Spa's website may be printed or downloaded for your informational, or educational purposes only, provided that you include all copyright and proprietary notices originally included. Use of Online Booking/ Gift Certificate purchased/Customer Registration Booking appointments online and the reciept of a confirmed appointments constitutes a legal obiligation between Totto Spa and the Customer. If you fail to show for your appointment your credit card will be charged the full value of the dervice booked. If you show late for your appointment may cut the service time to fit the Spa schedule, while collecting full service charge.

When providing Credit Card Information for On-line Booking or Purchase of Gift Certificates or Customer Registration or provision of Credit Card Informaton the Custome agrees to be bound by all of the Terms and Conditions contained herein.

On use of Totto Spa's website you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use, which may change at any time. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions below, please do not use this site.

The sites linked from the website of Totto Spa are not under Totto Spa's control, and Totto does not assume any responsibility or liability for any communications or materials available at such linked sites.

Totto Spa shall not be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, from the use of, or reliance on the materials that make up the website. Totto Spa will not accept responsibilty for lost or stolen personal items while you are attending Totto Spa.

These terms and conditions are governed by and to be construed in accordance with Canadian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Canadian courts.

Subject to the terms of these all Registered Massage Therapist are individual operators and therefore are responsible for all Registered Massage Client Records.

Client discussion and masssage services selected are soley between the RMT and the Client, Totto accepts no liability therein.

By using Totto Spa's Aesthetic Services the client hereby agrees to indemnify and save harmless Totto Spa from any form of liability caused by the services rendered. This includes Waxing/Facials/Pedicure/Manicure/Spa Treatments of any kind/Cellulite Treatments/Dermabrasion/Green Peel/Hair Services and any other services /consultations.

Client accepts that it is responsible for verifying that the Services are suitable for its needs. Client shall supply all information reasonably necessary to enable Totto Spa to provide the Services. Client's failure to supply the foregoing when reasonably required by Totto Spa shall relieve Totto Spa of any obligation to perform the Services previously agreed schedule. Client shall indemnify , keep indemnified and save harmless Totto Spa from and against any liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses arising from Totto Spa's use of information supplied by Client to Totto Spa.

In no event shall either party be liable under these Terms and Conditions under any circumstances for consequential or indirect damages of any nature whatsoever including, without limitation, any lost revenues or profits.

All Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

Totto Spa shall maintain in confidence all information disclosed by the Clients relating to the disclosing of the Customers ("Confidential Information"); and use such information only in connection with these Terms and Conditions. Totto Spa will not Sell or make available to any other organzation or individual the personal information of the Client. Entire Agreement; Severability These Terms and Conditions , together with the relevant Order contain the entire agreement and understanding between Totto Spa and the Client as to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all other prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral, between the parties with respect to such subject matter. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid or illegal for any reason, then the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect in the same manner as if the invalid or illegal provision had not been contained herein.
