Salon. Our mission is to ensure you are personally pampered
in every way possible, with first class services second to

you can be assured that you will leave looking and feeling

Etiquette
Should I arrive
early for my service?
Depending
upon the type of service you are receiving, you should arrive
at least 15 - 30 minutes ahead of your scheduled visit to
allow you time to change, relax and get acquainted with the
spa facilities. By arriving early, you will be sure to get
the maximum benefit from your visit.
What do I need
to bring?
Most individuals
will only need to bring a bathing suit if they are using the
public facilities. Totto's Spa and Salon provide comfortable
robes, slippers, towels and toiletries for your comfort. Please
leave your valuables at home and only bring what you need
to the spa. We provide separate men and women's change rooms
with individual lockers and showers for your comfort.
What should
I do if I know I will be late?
Please
call in as soon as possible. While the staff at Totto Spa
and Salon will make every effort to reschedule your reservation
to accommodate the original service order, if it is not possible,
they will carry on with your service as previously booked.
It is important that you arrive early to ensure that you are
relaxed and comfortable when your therapy commences.
What should
I do if I am uncomfortable with the service being given?
Let
the therapist know, they will be more than happy to adjust
the pressure, temperature etc. Our primary goal is to ensure
your complete comfort and enjoyment, so don't be bashful.
If you have physical limitations, advising the therapist beforehand
enables us to accommodate you accordingly. Remember, some
services may not be appropriate for expectant mothers or individuals
with other serious health problems. Call ahead to discuss
your condition with a therapist if it is of concern to you.
Will I need
to remove my clothing?
Not really,
however, we have private change rooms and showers for your
convenience. The therapists are trained to drape you to ensure
that only the areas being worked on are exposed. You may also
wish to wear a bathing suit or undergarments; however, most
treatments are more beneficial without any restrictive clothing.
Am I expected
to tip?
This is
entirely up to you. Most individuals tip the staff 10-15%
based upon the type and degree of service given. However,
you are under no obligation to tip.
What
is your Cancellation Policy?
For spa
packages or services booked with therapist, we need at least
48-hours notice to be able to reschedule the therapist.
For cancellation
of minor services such as waxing etc. we require a minimum
of 24 hours notice
Group
bookings are not cancelable.
Missed
bookings will be charged at 50% of the scheduled service.
Gift
Certificates
We have
gift certificates available to suit every occasion and person,
or you may prefer to custom design your own. For your convenience,
our certificates can also be ordered and delivered with product
samplers and or a flower arrangement. The beautifully packaged
gift certificate will be delivered to the destination of your
choice. The recipient will be thrilled with your thoughtful
gift which includes all refreshments, snacks and, in most
cases, lunch. All your loved one will need to bring along
is a bathing suit.
Gift Certificates
are not refundable but may be exchanged for services of equal
value. They can be delivered the next business day within
the City of Toronto and surrounding suburbs. There is no delivery
charge for any gift certificates over $150.00 in the Toronto
Region.
Hydrotherapy Facilities are complimentary with all Treatment,
Massage or Spa Packages
Pass for use of Spa Facilities only - $ 30.00 per pass
